Every final presentation comes with an instruction document (PDF) for the venue and the person operating the technology: the click moments, slide numbers and the music for each part, clearly listed. This document carries your logo and contact details, which you set once in your account. For the family and the venue, the presentation is thereby a product of your business.
The running order of the service is the starting point: the entrance, speakers, music with photos, live music, video and the final farewell. You fill in the blocks, and the tool builds the PowerPoint with all the technology inside it:
Up to 7 days after the funeral service the service stays free to adjust. A wish from the family the day before is therefore no problem: adjust it, download again, and the timing is fully correct once more.
Per service you invite others via an invitation link: a colleague who takes over when you are away, or the family, who supply the photos themselves and decide the order. Everyone works in the same service, and a log records who changed what. That way you keep control, and the family joins in at their own pace.
The final version comes with a shareable download link. With it the venue downloads the presentation and the instruction document themselves, without an account or sign-in. Emailing large files or dropping off a USB stick at the last moment is no longer necessary; if something changes, the latest version is automatically behind the same link. Individual credits cost €19.95; with a package of 5 you pay €17.95 and with a package of 10 you pay €14.95 per funeral service. Credits do not expire. A service is automatically and completely deleted 30 days after the funeral service, including all photos, music and generated files. Shortly before deletion you receive a reminder.
